When you embed video in your post change any WIDTH dimension to 450 or less so it fits in the layout.

If the code you’re embedding has a height in there and you can’t do the math, just delete the entire height=”x” text and the width=”450″ will scale the video proportionately.

If you’re taking video from YouTube or Vimeo, their embed options should allow you to choose a size.

Not sure it’s stylish, but the slide were he drags his helmet is pretty something. Pretty damn good nose manual too. If I spun around at that speed I’d need a michelin man suit to I’d be hospitalized.
